ZJA-100Z two-stage vacuum oil filter technical parameters
Used for filtering ultra-high voltage transformer oil, suitable for 110KV 500KV transmission and transformation equipment processing. Oil treatment on site and vacuum drying of damp electrical equipment. Vacuum the newly installed or overhauled transformer, and vacuum oil at the same time.
principles and features
This machine adopts the oil-water separation technology combining thin film evaporation and drying, and is equipped with (two-stage) vacuum pumping speed and heating power matched with each other in flow rate, and is equipped with degassing elements, so that this machine has dehydration function. Normal temperature treatment insulating oil, performance indicators exceed national standards. Adopt composite microporous filtration technology, strong capacity to receive pollution, high filtration accuracy. Small, reliable operation, easy to move, especially suitable for field treatment of insulating oil.

Under vacuum condition, the oil enters electric heater after coarse filter, and then enters vacuum degassing tank for oil-water separation through rotary separator. Moisture and gas are eliminated through defoaming, cooler, Roots vacuum pump and pre-stage pump. After removing moisture and gas, the oil is transported to the fine filter by the oil pump to remove impurities, and then the purified oil is output.
