Turbine oil dehydration vacuum filter, coalescence separation turbine oil filtering equipment

Turbine oil filter adopts new aggregation and separation technology, aiming at turbine oil and lubricating oil online treatment of steam turbine, gas turbine, water turbine and turbine compressor in various industries, ensuring unit regulation, removing a large amount of moisture and realizing precise filtration of impurities, effectively breaking oil emulsion and achieving rapid dehydration effect. This machine uses physical means to quickly remove a large amount of harmful components such as moisture, impurities and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.) contained in the oil without affecting the composition and performance of the oil; it can effectively ensure the normal operation of the oil equipment; at the same time, it can improve the service cycle of the oil equipment and avoid accidents.

After the turbine oil is treated once by ZJC turbine oil vacuum filter, 99.9% of dust particles larger than 5 microns in the oil can be removed, and the water content can be reduced to 100ppm. ZJC oil filter can be used for oil filling of equipment under one-pass (treatment) condition. When repeated cycle conditions are adopted, the degree of pollution can be further reduced and the water content in the equipment can be completely removed.

Working principle:When the oil filter works, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of internal and external pressure difference, and the large particle impurities are filtered out. After heating, the oil enters two water separators used in parallel. Because the water separator adopts the enhanced hydrophilic and hydrophobic technology, the interaction force of the oil-water two-phase interface is changed, so that the fine O/W phase in the oil is broken up, the water droplets accelerate and coalesce into large water droplets, which are separated from the oil and precipitated in the water reservoir. After water separation, the oil is filtered by a secondary filter to remove fine impurities, and then enters a special personalized vacuum separator. It uses molecular separation technology principle to carry out pressure transformation analysis, vacuum retention, flash stereo evaporation, eliminate intermolecular binding force, so that dissolved water, dissolved gas and free gas in the oil can quickly break the oil film and separate from the oil molecules. In the vacuum separator, mist is formed first, then film is formed, and the contact area in vacuum is expanded to hundreds of times of the original. The moisture in the oil is in high temperature, high vacuum degree and large surface. Rapid vaporization is obtained at high pumping speeds and exhausted by vacuum systems.
 The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is cooled and dehumidified by the condenser first, and then cooled again in the cooler. The condensed water enters the water reservoir and is discharged. After twice condensing and dehumidifying, the gas is discharged into the air by the vacuum pump. After vacuum evaporation and dehydration in vacuum separator, the dry oil liquid is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by oil outlet pump, and after fine filtration, the clean oil is discharged from oil outlet to complete the whole clean oil process.
